Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Your credits never expire and roll over month to month. If you don't use your included drip or boosters one month, they're waiting for you the next. Use them whenever your body needs them.
Which drips are included in my membership?
Your membership covers any drip priced up to $199, that's the vast majority of our menu, including Myers' Plus, Immunity Plus, Athlete Recovery, and more. Your 25% member discount also applies to any additional drips up to $199, plus all boosters and add-ins. Two specialty drips, NAD+ and CBD, sit outside membership pricing because they're already specialty-dosed and priced. Members are welcome to book them at standard rates anytime.
How does billing work?
Your membership is a flat monthly charge to the card on file, billed on the same date each month. Your included drip or boosters and your 25% member discount are active right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Membership is month to month with no contracts. Cancel with 7 days notice before your next billing date by sending us a quick email at info@driptvl.com.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Traveling or need a break? Freeze your membership anytime with a quick email and pick back up when you're ready. Any credits you've already banked stay yours.
Can I share my membership with family?
VIP members can extend their 25% member discount to their household, so your whole family saves on drips, boosters, and add-ins. Your included monthly drip is tied to your own membership.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Anytime. Move between the VIP, Drip, and Booster tiers whenever it suits you. Just email us and the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
