About tirzepatideThese medications are prescription only and are prescribed by our physician after an evaluation. Results vary from person to person. The program is not for everyone. It's generally for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes or sleep apnea, and not for anyone who is pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding, and the doctor will tell you plainly if it isn't right for you.

How do I start?
Book the evaluation call with the doctor using Begin your journey. It's $49, and it's a conversation about your history, your goals and what you've tried, where the doctor decides whether the program is a fit for you.
What does it cost?
Three costs, and that's all of them: $49 for the evaluation call with the doctor, your medication starting at $129 a month depending on which one and your dose, and $49 for each check-in at months 1, 3 and 6. Supplies, injection instruction and questions between check-ins are no charge.
Semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Both are once-weekly injections that support appetite control. Semaglutide works on one pathway, tirzepatide on two. The doctor recommends one based on your history, and can switch you later if the first isn't the right fit.
Is this the same as the brand-name medications?
Ask the doctor on your evaluation call. He'll tell you exactly what you'd be taking, at what dose, and where it's dispensed from, before you decide.
Who isn't a fit?
Anyone who is pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and people with certain medical histories the doctor will ask about. If it isn't right for you, he'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
What are the side effects?
Nausea, a full feeling and some stomach upset are common in the first weeks and usually settle as the dose is adjusted. That's a big part of why the check-ins exist. Anything that worries you, call the nurse or doctor the same day.
Do I have to come in every week?
No. After you're set up, most clients give their own injection at home. The check-ins at months 1, 3 and 6 are with the team, and you can always come in sooner.
Can I pair it with IV drips?
Some clients add a hydration drip or a B12 booster during the program, especially in the early weeks. It's never required. Ask the nurse what makes sense for you, or browse the menu.
