Tired in a way sleep isn't fixing.
You're getting the hours. You're drinking the coffee. You're still dragging by 2 pm.
That kind of tired usually isn't about one bad night. It's what running low looks like: low on fluids, low on the B vitamins your body turns into energy, low on reserves after a long stretch. A drip can put some of that back in under an hour.
Where the tired comes from.
There's rarely one cause. Usually it's a few small things stacking up.
Even mild dehydration shows up as fatigue and a foggy head long before you feel thirsty.
Your body uses them to turn food into energy and doesn't store much. Stress, short sleep, alcohol and some diets draw them down.
Coffee borrows energy from later. The crash comes back around, and it dries you out on the way.
Start here, then adjust.

L-carnitine helps your cells use fat for fuel, folate supports the red blood cells that carry oxygen, and a full liter of fluids takes care of the dehydration that makes tired feel worse. No caffeine, so nothing to crash from.
Three add-ins worth asking about.
Add-ins go straight into your bag, at the same published doses as our drips. Your nurse will tell you what fits.
The energy vitamin, and our most added ingredient.
Broad B vitamin support when you can't pick one.
If you do want a lift today, about a cup of coffee's worth.
A B12 booster takes about five minutes, no chair, no bag. Plenty of clients make it weekly.

Fatigue, answered.
How soon will I feel more energy?
Many people feel better the same day, especially when dehydration was part of it. For others it builds over a few visits.
Do you offer iron infusions?
We don't. If you think your iron is low, your own doctor can check it with a blood test. Energize & Go includes folate, which supports healthy red blood cell production.
Could my fatigue be something medical?
It can be. Ongoing exhaustion is worth a conversation with your own doctor, especially if it comes with other symptoms. We're happy to be part of the plan, not the whole plan.
Our IV drips and boosters support hydration, energy, immunity and recovery. They don't diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, and they aren't a replacement for care from your own doctor. If something feels serious, call 911 or go to the emergency room.
