NAD+

The drip that works at the level of your cells.

NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell in your body needs to make energy and keep itself in good repair, and your levels naturally drop as you age. People book it to support energy, mental clarity, recovery and healthy aging. It runs slow, so plan on an afternoon in the chair.

A closer look at NAD+

What each ingredient does for you.

NAD+ is short for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It isn't a vitamin you top up and forget, it's part of the machinery every cell runs on. Here's what it does, and why the bag is this simple.

NAD+
250 or 500 mg
The molecule your cells run on.

Inside every cell, NAD+ helps the mitochondria turn food into the energy your body uses. It also powers sirtuins and PARPs, the enzymes involved in repairing DNA and keeping cells working the way they should. Research shows NAD+ levels decline as we age, which is a big part of why it gets so much attention. A drip delivers it straight into your bloodstream, and most people start at 250 mg before moving up to 500 mg.

Lactated Ringers
1,000 mL
Hydration for a longer session.

The NAD+ rides in a liter of lactated ringers, the same IV fluid hospitals use to rehydrate people. It keeps you hydrated through a two to three hour session and lets your nurse hold a slow, comfortable pace.

What people book it for

Why people make NAD+ part of their routine.

01
Deeper energy

NAD+ supports the energy production inside every cell. It isn't a caffeine jolt, so there's no crash to plan around.

02
Mental clarity

People often book it for focus and a clearer head during demanding seasons at work or at home.

03
Recovery

It supports the way cells repair themselves, which is why athletes and hard trainers build it into their routine.

04
Healthy aging

With levels that decline over time, many clients make NAD+ part of how they take care of themselves for the long run.

Make it yours

Add a booster or an add-in to any drip.

Add-ins go straight into your bag. Boosters are quick intramuscular injections given during the same visit. Tell your nurse what you're after and they'll help you pick.

Good to know

Questions about NAD+.

How long does NAD+ take?

Most visits take about 2 to 3 hours in the chair. Plan on a few extra minutes at check-in.

Can I walk in for NAD+?

Yes, once you have been in before. New clients start with a free 10 minute intro so a nurse can review your health history. Your intro stays on file for three years, and after that you can walk in any time we're open.

What does NAD+ do in the body?

Every cell uses NAD+ to turn food into energy, and enzymes that repair DNA and maintain cells depend on it. Levels tend to drop with age, so people use NAD+ drips to support energy, focus, recovery and healthy aging.

Why does NAD+ take so long?

It goes in slowly on purpose. Run too fast, NAD+ can cause flushing, chest tightness or an upset stomach, so your nurse sets the pace and adjusts it to how you feel. Bring a book or a laptop, or plan a nap.

Should I get 250 mg or 500 mg?

Most people start with 250 mg, which takes about 2 hours. If you've had NAD+ before and felt good, 500 mg takes about 3 hours. Your nurse can help you decide at check-in.

What will I feel afterward?

Many people describe steadier energy and a clearer head, some the same day and some over the next few days. Everyone responds differently, so your nurse will ask how you felt and adjust next time.

How often do people get NAD+?

Some come in once for a demanding season, and others make it a regular part of their routine. There's no set schedule. Your nurse or doctor can talk through what makes sense for you.

Can I add anything to it?

Yes. Add-ins go straight into your bag, and boosters are given during the same visit. Your nurse can help you choose.

Can my doctor see exactly what is in it?

Yes. Every ingredient and dose is listed on this page, so you can show it to your own doctor. You, or your doctor, can ask our nurse or doctor anything, any time. Just call us at (601) 885-3747.
